Farm Policy

By entering our farm, you agree to our Farm Policies below.

Payment

We accept cash or card only. No checks will be accepted (with the exception of payment for private group outings by reservation only).

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our seasonal business, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds for Christmas trees, pumpkins, attraction tickets, entry fees at the Pumpkin Patch, or any other items. Tickets are for use at the attractions only and may not be used toward the purchase of any other items. Attraction tickets do not expire – you may bring them back and use them any time attractions are available during normal business hours!

Entry Fees &
Ticket Sales

Pumpkin Patch Entry Fees are paid at the gate upon arrival. Attraction tickets are purchased at the cashier once inside.

Pumpkins and attraction tickets are sold separately from the entry fee.

We do not offer ticket pre-sale or online ticket sales.

We do not offer group rates or group discounts during business hours.

We do not offer group pre-payment (all guests must pay at the cashier as they arrive at the entry gate).

Entry is free during Christmas Season in November/December!

Reservations

We do not accept any reservations during public business hours. The Pumpkin Patch and Christmas Tree Farm operates on a first come first serve basis. This includes entry, tickets, food vendors, picnic tables, etc.

To best avoid the crowds, plan your visit during “non-peak” days and arrive as early as possible! View the historically most popular dates on our calendar.

If you are interested in booking a private group outing for your school, church, or organization while we are closed to the public, please visit our group outings page.

Agritourism

WARNING: Under Texas Law (Chapter 75A, Civil practice and remedies code), an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury to or death of an agritourism participant resulting from an agritourism activity.

Pedestrians

Pedestrians must use designated crosswalks and make way for the hay ride and train ride to pass. Always watch for moving vehicles. Pedestrians must not venture past signs marked “NO PEDESTRIANS PAST THIS POINT”.

Hazards

Beware of ants, uneven ground, moving vehicles, sharp saw blades, splinters, and other environmental hazards in our farm environment. Please do not play with saws, measuring sticks, or bamboo tree stakes. Please obey all posted signs. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained or lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Loading

While we are happy to assist you with the loading of Christmas trees or other merchandise, we are not responsible for securing your tree to your vehicle or for any damage to your vehicle caused by loading merchandise. Please make sure all items are secure before leaving the premises.

Christmas Tree Care

Please follow all of the instructions on the Tree Care sheet attached to your receipt. These tips are extremely important to the longevity of your fresh tree. We are not responsible for trees after they are taken off the premises.

Tree Stands

We are unable to install tree stands on site (including tree stands purchased from us). This is because we recommend that everyone make a fresh cut on their tree upon arriving home, no matter how far you live from us. See our tree care page for more info. We do not offer tree drilling.

Tree Flocking

Unfortunately, 2022 was our last year to offer custom tree flocking services, as noted on all of the 2022 signed flocking agreement forms. We appreciate your understanding as we remove this service to increase overall efficiency and better serve our customers.

Power Saws

For safety reasons, no power saws are allowed in. A hand saw and a measuring stick will be provided for cutting your own Christmas tree.

No Smoking

Although we are in a large outdoor setting, please refrain from smoking on our property for the comfort and safety of our guests. Dry grass and hay bales are abundant on the farm and are extremely flammable.

Pumpkin Carving

Due to the mess and safety hazards, no pumpkin carving or decorating is allowed on the premises. Our picnic tables are intended for our guests to enjoy their food and drink.
